By purchasing any service from Realmspace, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Services

Realmspace is a digital service provider offering conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website performance improvement services across multiple pricing plans. Each plan includes a defined scope of services as described on our website and is delivered entirely online.

2. Order & Fulfilment Process

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to begin the onboarding process. Work will be carried out according to the selected plan and agreed scope.

Your order will be considered fulfilled once:

All deliverables have been provided, and
The revision period has been completed or approved

This process ensures clarity, transparency, and proper delivery of the agreed service.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Provide required access, materials, and assets when requested
Respond to communications within 5 business days
Provide timely feedback during revisions

Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication are not the responsibility of Realmspace.

4. Revisions & Change Requests

Each plan includes a defined number of revisions as outlined on the website. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may require additional payment, which will always be communicated and approved before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and completion of the service, all final deliverables become the property of the client.

Realmspace reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing before project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased revenue, conversion rates, or business performance, as outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.

Realmspace’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities. This includes promoting content that violates the policies of advertising platforms such as Google or Meta.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if any violation is identified.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will remain billable.

Any potential refunds for incomplete work will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable commercial laws. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication before pursuing further action.

11. Changes to These Terms

Realmspace reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
