Our Fulfilment Process
When you purchase a service from our website, your order will not be marked as fulfilled until:
- All deliverables have been provided, and
- You have had the opportunity to review the work and request revisions within the defined revision period
This ensures you receive the agreed service before completion is finalized.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- The project has not started and a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- We fail to deliver the agreed service within the stated timeline without prior communication
- The delivered work does not match the agreed scope and no resolution is reached after the revision process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The order has been completed and marked as fulfilled
- You have approved the final deliverables
- Dissatisfaction is based on outcomes beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic quality, user behavior, or external platform changes
- Requests are made after 14 days from project completion
Revisions
Each service includes a defined revision period. During this time, you may request adjustments to ensure the work aligns with the agreed scope. Once this period has ended or the work has been approved, the order is considered complete.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
